A northern emigration route from Udine in Austrian Lombardo-Veneto through Genova to the Hotel de Inmigrantes in Buenos Aires, 1858–1888. On 1 July 1866 Udine was still Lombardo-Veneto. The plebiscite followed on 21 October 1866.
